The description, individual scope of service, and duration will be decided as set forth in the engagement letter or the individual scope of work agreements. We endeavor to provide solutions in line with each client’s unique situation, through the strength of our capable professionals.

Engagement and Fees

Service engagement with Suzuran begins once you have made initial inquiry and arranged a preliminary consultation with us. We provide free or reduced fee consultations as necessary (depending on our company’s discretion). After we ascertain your needs, we will advise you in a clear and easy-to-understand way of the estimated fees for the services requested based on the complexity and amount of work required. Ongoing advisory agreements or one-time consultations may be offered. Fees, payment schedules and any deliverables will be specified clearly and in advance. User Obligations and Responsibilities

You undertake:

Suzuran shall not verify the accuracy of any information received from the client. Errors or omissions in client-provided data or documents may affect the quality and/or timely delivery of our services. You will not submit any data that may infringe upon the rights of third parties and/or otherwise violate any applicable laws.

Termination of Services

Availability and Office Closures

Suzuran General Management Tax Corporation (Tokyo Office) will be closed on February 28, 2025. We will accept new client engagements and provide all services until February 28, 2025. After February 28, 2025, we will stop providing the services and no new client engagements will be accepted. Thank you very much for your ongoing support and understanding. If you have any needs or wish to formulate plans for transition to another firm, please do not hesitate to contact our office before the closing date.

Modifications

Suzuran may update, revise or change these Terms at any time with or without notice. Such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. You agree to periodically review these Terms for such modifications. Subsequent to any modification of these Terms, your continued use of the website and/or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not wish to accept the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes related in any way to your use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pima County, Arizona. Assignment
